On Valentines Day, I "loved" meeting with and speaking to members of the Kiwanis Club of Sarasota. We had a great discussion about problem solving courts in Sarasota County like our Drug Court that helps break the cycle of drug addiction and re-offending, our Veterans Court serving our military men and women that risked their lives to protect our nation. We also discussed our TYLA program helping to combat human trafficking and eradicate street level prostitution by transforming lives, and addressing mental health and homeless issues with our Comprehensive Treatment Court and our Community Care Court. It was great to see some former law enforcement members there like Ray Pilon, Paul Sutton, and Peter Abbott
