I am an attorney who has been representing Tulsa County r**e victims for FREE since April 2026 because of how horrifically I saw them being treated by the district attorney’s office. Now I’m collecting signatures to initiate an investigation into their office. The Petition for an investigation includes 11 areas of potential inquiry. We need the signatures of 5000 Tulsa county registered voters. Would you be willing to sign the petition to help us get that investigation? It’s just an investigation, unless it finds something. I am beyond proud to announce that my Cole case co-counsel, Rhiannon K. Thoreson, Attorney at Law & Author & Speaker had her memoir released today.

The timing of the flagrant and egregious victim rights violations in the Cole case back in April, as it happened to coincide with her memoir’s publishing schedule, had to be serendipitous. To have such a serious need for urgent litigation about victim rights happen so unexpectedly… just in time for her to barely squeeze in this last minute revision of the ending of her story… That’s devine design.

And now we’re on the path to set precedent that will impact every current and future crime victim in the state of Oklahoma.

It had to be us. It had to be now.

Did you know that in Oklahoma, the citizens have the right to have a Grand Jury of their peers convened and empowered to investigate their own public officials if enough registered voters sign the Petition? Grand Jury Justice
