Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do has vacated his seat as part of an agreement with federal and local prosecutors that will also see the 62-year-old plead guilty to corruption charges.

As part of the plea deal, Do will admit to accepting more than $550,000 in bribes and funneling COVID-19 relief money into a nonprofit where his daughter worked.

– We are trying to identify this man who was captured on surveillance video charging over $4,000 for Visa gift cards using stolen credit cards. The credit cards had been taken from the victim’s wallet, which was in the center console of his unlocked vehicle. None of them saw past 10:00am Sept 11, 2001.
