Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do has vacated his seat as part of an agreement with federal and local prosecutors that will also see the 62-year-old plead guilty to corruption charges.
As part of the plea deal, Do will admit to accepting more than $550,000 in bribes and funneling COVID-19 relief money into a nonprofit where his daughter worked.
Prosecutors say Do could face up to five years in prison. For more information on the federal investigation, tap this link: https://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/news/orange-county-supervisor-andrew-do-faces-federal-public-corruption-charges/?intcid=CNM-00-10abd1h
