Ms. Vittorio received a B.S. degree in Political Science with a specialization in Business & Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1994. In 1997, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. Ms. Vittorio was admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar in 2001. Ms. Vittorio has over 20 years of legal experience where the majority of her legal career (17+ years) has been spent practicing in the insurance defense arena.

Ms. Vittorio has handled civil litigation matters in both State and Federal Court jurisdictions in the areas of Complex Business Litigation, Credit Union and Banking Law, Surety Law, Lemon Law, Real Property Law, Construction Defect Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment Law and Bankruptcy Law (Ms. Vittorio served as an extern for the Honorable Lisa Hill Fenning of the United States Bankruptcy Court and represented Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees).

Ms. Vittorio also served as Fred Loya Insurance Company’s Senior Managing Attorney for their California office where she oversaw staff counsel’s office for this automobile insurance carrier’s California based office and represented insureds in their defense of personal injury lawsuits (bodily injury and property damage) arising out of motor vehicle accidents.

In over 20 years of litigating cases, Ms. Vittorio has handled 200+ depositions, and has gained significant experience in the effective use of law and motion, and alternative dispute resolution methods including mediations, settlement conferences and arbitrations.

Born in Argentina, Ms. Vittorio is fluent in Spanish (reading, writing and translating) and has translated national educational websites for Safe Routes to School National Partnership. She has also been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2008.

Ms. Vittorio served as an Adjunct Law Professor for her alma mater Whittier Law School where she taught Employment Law in 2015 and 2016, and most recently served as an Adjunct Law Professor for Purdue Global University in 2018 where she taught Employment Discrimination to law students.

When not practicing law, Ms. Vittorio enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, traveling going to the theater and music concerts.

Tami S. Crosby joined Kolar & Associates as Senior Counsel in 2017. She brings almost 30 years of litigation experience to the firm and has had a successful career representing Plaintiffs in medical malpractice and product liability cases, handling the defense of personal injury, product liability, and premises liability cases for municipalities and other governmental agencies including The Orange County Transit Authority, The Orange County Sanitation District and The Orange County Water District, as well as defending financial institutions in a variety of cases, including commercial and lending transactions. She has successfully tried a number of cases to verdict and has participated in more than 300 arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences.
Ms. Crosby has served as a Judge Pro Tem handling mandatory settlement conferences for the Court. She has argued dozens of appeals before the Court of Appeal, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court.
Ms. Crosby obtained her BA (Political Science with a minor in Sports Medicine) from Chapman University and her JD from Western State University College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court in all districts within the State of California and in all California Bankruptcy Courts. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association. In her spare time, Ms. Crosby enjoys skiing and spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Crosby is a life-time Orange County resident.

Mr. Runge received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where he majored in Political Science and triple minored in Business, Cinema and Spanish. He received his law degree from Chapman University (J.D. 2013), where he received an emphasis certificate in contractual and entertainment law. Mr. Runge worked as a law clerk for Kolar & Associates after his first year of law school, and remained with the firm as a law clerk until being admitted to the California Bar in 2013. He is now an associate for the firm and admitted to practice in all California State courts, as well as in the U.S. District Court (Central and Northern Districts).

Mr. Runge is a member of the Orange County and Los Angeles Bar Associations. In his spare time, he enjoys creative writing and spending time with friends and family.
