Recently I've had several clients mention how they called multiple lawyers and law firms and felt that my firm was the first one they called that actually knew what they were talking about and gave them honest advice.

A big reason behind that is how we evaluate cases.

While most firms just focus on whether a client qualifies for the lemon law or not, we take it one step further and evaluate whether the lemon law is financially in the client's best interest.

If it is, then we move forward, but if not we will be honest with clients from the start and discuss other options they may have, even if those options result in my law firm not making any money off of the case.

Often times, honesty isn't associated with attorneys so I am incredibly proud that our clients know that we are truly looking out for their best interests when they work with us.

Here’s to changing the attorney stereotype, one case at a time!

And just like that, West Coast Lemons is 3 years old! 🍋🍋🍋

First things first, a huge thank you to all of my clients for trusting me with their cases. It’s not lost on me that out of the hundreds of lemon law attorneys out there you chose to trust me and for that I will always be grateful. 

An equally important shoutout to all the attorneys and professionals that constantly think of me for their lemon law referrals. It means the world to me to have that kind of loyalty and support from colleagues and friends so from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Lastly, this wouldn’t be possible without the best support system at home. I look forward to the Auto Lemon Index that is released every 3 years because it takes into account market share instead of just overall number of lemon law cases.

Lemon law is definitely a numbers game.

Not all cars from a particular brand will be lemons, but all manufacturers will inevitably produce a lemon at some point.

It’s nice to have statistics like this in order to figure out if your love of Chevys is worth the risk of ending up with a lemon 🍋🚘

In this case, diving into the details of years worth of technical service bulletins allowed me to get my clients over $41,000.00 more than the manufacturer was initially offering💰💰💰
