🔑🏡 KEY DAY! AND OH, THE FEELS!!! 🥹❤️😭
Today wasn’t just Key Day, it was one of the most emotional transactions in my 20+ years as a REALTOR®.
My BFF4L asked me to help her son, Quincy, and his beautiful fiancée, Ayana, buy their first home. Getting to guide people who are family to me through such a huge milestone? That hits differently! 🏡❤️🥹
We teamed up with my amazing lender partner of 13+ years, Daniel Pryce, and got to work. Quincy and Ayana were dream clients: prepared, budget-conscious, determined, and hoping to surprise their families!! 🤫❤️
Of course, real estate brought challenges, including an unresponsive listing company and a patience-testing escrow process. But with Daniel, teamwork, persistence, and heart, WE GOT IT DONE!!! 🙌🏼🔑

But what moved me most was Key Day, the happy tears, hugs, and realization that this young couple now has a place to call their own. A home where they’ll build memories, celebrate milestones, grow together, and begin their next chapter. 🥹❤️
