This victory was not an easy one.

Our client is someone who serves the public. She found herself in a situation where she had no real ability to protect herself from what happened. She was seriously injured, forced to undergo significant treatment, and ultimately had to face an invasive operation that no one would take lightly.

Swipe right 👉🏼 This victory felt sweet because although liability was not disputed on this case, the insurance carrier & defense counsel were not evaluating the case the way we were. The dashcam video from a witness shows the accident occurring in real time. Ultimately, we fought long and hard and stuck to our ground, despite minimal property damage and a clear video showing the accident happening, which made it an uphill battle for us to justify the full $500,000 policy tender. The clients had prior conditions that added a level of difficulty to the negotiations as well. However, persistence, believing in our gut instincts, and relentlessly pursuing justice for our clients always succeeds and provides a victory at the end of the day💰

Swipe right 👉🏼 🔹$100,000.00 settlement 💰 secured for another client who was initially denied by an insurance company. Severe property damage occurred when she was hit on the 405 freeway in rush hour traffic by an at-fault driver who wasn’t paying attention. Despite the severity of her injuries, the insurance company doubted her claim and dragged her through the mud. Filing a complaint with a strong threat got their attention, and they eventually tendered the policy limits.
