This market requires an agent who knows how to negotiate and assist clients in knowing where to push and where to pull back. It isn't easy but it's worth it when your clients are happy in the end.

Agents need to work harder and together to make these deals for clients. Relationships, respect, professionalism... All of it matters! So does the agent's skills. Today's real estate is not 2021.

Choose wisely, who you want in your corner?

Also, keep in mind there are still some micro climates where pricing and competition is still high and there are multiple offers on properties. But it is not rampant everywhere.

Absolutely loved this property. The new owners are going to have the most unbelievable views privacy and and hopefully enjoy the peacefulness of living out on this beautiful property.

I'm happy to have closed this chapter for the seller and wishing them the best in their new adventures.

This was gone fast💨

Sometimes the stars align and it all comes together!

A great photographer, some pre marketing, an open house, several buyers and a good agent on the other side! It all came together very well.

Sellers are happy and the Buyers are happy. The deal is done in 2 weeks!

But most of all I am grateful I didn't lose friends to moving. They already have a great house here and are staying on the Central Coast. That makes me very happy! We need good people in our towns and these sellers are some of the good ones!!

My favorite day! Photo shoot day! Yay!!🎉 Besides it being fun to follow Marcel around and "get the shot" ...

It's also the excitement of a new listing, the sale, the new chapter for clients, the new home for a buyer, its all these big changes and I get to be a part of it all.

What's the best thing you can do for yourself as a homeowner or a buyer?

An emergency fund by far is my number one choice. Game changer for your life financially. When something goes wrong and I can guarantee you in life something is always going to go wrong, having the funds to fix it, is everything!

Listen to the video, and I hope the tip helps, but at minimum you should be saving two hundred to three hundred dollars a month as a homeowner. As a buyer, you should be prepared to do that and start before you buy. Start acting like you're already making that house payment and set the money aside

Make sure your payment is not so high that you can't afford to set some money aside to protect yourself.

Don't become house poor!!

Tips to help avoid scams for renters 🤓 Not everyone buys a house and thats ok too. 🙂

I've noticed a lot of rental scams in the market lately. Pay attention to the tips I provided and u can always ask.

Shut up!!?? I know its prestigious and all but it is so humbling to me, every year I get an award. Why? Because it means a lot of people trusted me to help them and I am always so greatful for that trust.

I do take my job seriously but I always have fun while doing it and awards always feel a little embarassing to me.
