Fun fact: general inspectors are the “general practitioners” of home inspecting.

They will check the five main systems. What are this systems, you may ask?

1. Roof
2. Foundation
3. Plumbing
4. Heating and AC (aka HVAC)
5. Electrical

This home is 100 years old, so no doubt things will come up in the report but it’s like we’re X-raying the house to see what we need to address.
