An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday after a group of people began blocking agents during an immigration-related operation.

Federal Agents are alleging deadly force was necessary to defend against the woman as she attempted to drive away. Video footage suggests otherwise.

May 29, 2025 / A seminal case questioning the accuracy of the 2024 Presidential and Senate election results in Rockland County, New York, is moving forward. In open court last Thursday, Judge Rachel Tanguay of the New York Supreme Court, ruled that discovery must proceed, pushing the lawsuit brought by SMART Legislation into the evidence-gathering stage. The lawsuit seeks a full hand recount of the Presidential and U.S. Senate races in Rockland County.

SMART Legislation, the action arm of SMART Elections, is the lead plaintiff in the case. Both organizations are dedicated to ensuring fair and accurate elections.

"There is clear evidence that the senate results are incorrect, and there are statistical indications that the presidential results are highly unlikely," stated Lulu Friesdat, Founder and Executive Director of SMART Legislation. "If the results are incorrect, it is a violation of the constitutional rights of each person who voted in the 2024 Rockland County general election. The best way to determine if the results are correct is to examine the paper ballots in a full public, transparent hand recount of all presidential and senate ballots in Rockland County. We believe it's vitally important, especially in the current environment, to be absolutely confident about the results of the election."

In January 2025, the SEC filed a Complaint against E.M. alleging that he defrauded Twitter shareholders of more than $150 million during his attempt to acquire the social media platform in 2022. The charges focus on E.M.'s delay in disclosing his substantial stake in Twitter, which the SEC claims allowed him to acquire shares at artificially low prices, ultimately harming investors.

The Complaint reads: Defendant failed to timely file with the SEC a beneficial ownership report disclosing his acquisition of more than five percent of the outstanding shares of Twitter’s common stock in March 2022, in violation of the federal securities laws. As a result, Musk was able to continue purchasing shares at artificially low prices, allowing him to underpay by at least $150 million for shares he purchased after his beneficial ownership report was due.

Reporting today, the San Francisco Daily Journal reports on the case American Federation of Gov. Employees, AFL-CIO et al v. U.S. Office of Personnel Mangement et. al., 25-cv-01780 (N.D. Cal., filed Feb 19,2025), Senior U.S. District Judge William Alsup presiding.

Several labor unions thst sued the government are now seeking a preliminary injunction against the OPM for unlawfully ordering other federal agencies to dire tens of thousands of probationary employees.

The government seems to be stalling on its decision whether it will produce the director of OPM to appear for an evidentiary hearing...

These are the types of investigations the DOJ will no longer facilitate under #47 with the war on DEI and civil rights. A portion of the now archived article is included below but the true content of the texts and blantant level of discrimination can be found in the clip within my story and on the next slide.

The department launched its investigation after the public disclosure of discriminatory text communications that dozens of APD personnel allegedly exchanged between September 2019 and January 2022. The Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California jointly investigated APD’s compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI) and the nondiscrimination provisions of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act (Safe Streets Act). Title VI and the Safe Streets Act collectively prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, s*x and religion by recipients of federal financial assistance, such as APD.
