for NYC law firm, Breed Abbott, spent five years as counsel in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and five years as prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of California. As a former federal prosecutor in San Diego, Marran has significant experience on the “other side.” She understands and can spot the weaknesses in the government’s case, and applies her intimate knowledge of government practices to defend you successfully against their charges. Marran is admitted to practice in New York and California. She is also admitted to practice in the Second and Ninth Circuits, as well as the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of both New York and California.
