LUXURY LAST WEEK | SAN ANTONIO

Bexar County’s luxury market added 29 new listings and recorded 19 closed sales from August 31 through September 6. Compared with the previous week, new listings rose 7.4% and sales increased 11.8%. The average closed price reached $1.39 million.

Homes took longer to sell, with median market time moving from 82 to 95 days. The lower average listing price reflects the specific mix of properties introduced that week and should not be read as a uniform change in luxury home values.

Late post but can’t pass up shouting out James Harris for visiting Keller Williams Heritage last week.

Humble, open, honest, genuine and kind are just a few words to describe this Million Dollar Agent!

Having the opportunity to talk to him one on one, as well as, ask a question after his panel discussion, the biggest thing I came away with is.. we (parents) need to stop being so damn hard on ourselves. Set aside special time with your kids, even if it’s 15 minutes and that will mean more than you know. Truly be with them, no distractions just one on one time where they can ask you anything and share anything, knowing you’re coming from love and support for anything they have going on.
But also we need to stop selling ourselves short because we can do more if we just start believing that the sky isn’t even the limit. Keep reaching higher and surround yourself with those that will continue to lift you up.

Thankful for Craig Owen who continues to pour into all of us and creating so many opportunities.

These guys at Kewtie•boy•sando completely changed my mind about breakfast sandwiches! 🤤🥪
