I found this home for my clients back in 2020. They paid cash and we snagged a great deal! It was meant to be their forever home but as we all know, many times, things change. Not a divorce! 🤣 They just decided to retire closer to family.

Fast-forward, they called me just over a month ago to sell their home ASAP and that’s just what happened! Considering we were competing with new home builders giving everything away and a lower pull of buyers bc of higher interest rates; we had to price it just right. 🤨
