Honor Flag Company We are a veteran and law enforcement small business. Derek has had a life long passion for public safety. Married to Karen who works for Dept.

He began at the age of 16 as an explorer firefighter in California and has worked as a deputy for Marion County. He currently works for the State of Oregon and serves in the Army National Guard. When he is not crafting flags, he loves spending time with his wife, Amy, who is a police officer and son, Bradley. Derek takes pride in what he creates and would love to make a piece for your home or man

cave. James has also had a long live passion for law enforcement and public safety. Just recently retiring as a Sergeant from Marion County Sheriff's Office after 26 years. James worked his way up the ranks as a SAR Volunteer in high school, 911 Police/Fire Dispatcher, Reserve Deputy, Marine Deputy, Corrections Deputy, SAR Deputy and SAR Coordinator, Judicial Security Supervisor, Intake/Release Supervisor, and Emergency Operations Plan Manager. James is a Veteran of the US ARMY where he served as an Infantryman and Military Police. Of Justice, and has 3 adult children and is also a grandpa. James enjoys helping others show respect and honor the patriotism and love of country. A journey making flags that wouldn't be possible without the love and support of our wives!
