I’ve recently gotten some new friends on here, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself.

I’m Allie. IVF mom. Managing partner at Constable Law. Your advocate in this space. I went through fertility treatment and came out the other side knowing that patients needed someone in their corner. Legally. And I had the law degree to do something about it!

Recent coverage by Spectrum Bay News 9 highlighted the class action lawsuits we’ve filed involving preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A), an add-on to IVF.

At the center of these cases are questions about how these tests have been marketed with claims about accuracy, effectiveness, and improved IVF outcomes that are not adequately supported by scientific research and clinical validation.

The cases are ongoing. However, this is not about discouraging IVF or innovation. It is about truth and transparency so individuals can make decisions about their treatment and whether to purchase PGT-A.
