Now Registered as a Legal Document Assistant (LDA)
I’m excited to expand my services in real estate and notary work by officially becoming a registered LDA in California. This allows me to help clients prepare legal documents without the high cost of an attorney.
As an LDA, I can assist with:
• Wills and Trusts
• Power of Attorney
• Guardianship and Custody
• Advance Healthcare Directives
• Deeds, Name Changes, Small Claims, and more
Why this matters to me:
I’ve had families come to me in fear of deportation, urgently needing Power of Attorney or Guardianship to protect their children. That experience inspired me to step up and become an LDA.
When it comes to Wills and Trusts, it’s personal. I’m not ready to share the full story yet, but I’ve seen how critical it is to have the right documents in place — not only to protect what matters most, but also to educate and empower non-English fluent speakers so they understand exactly what they’re signing and don’t rely solely on trust because someone is family.
I do not provide legal advice, but I work closely with trusted attorneys and can refer you if needed.

Ahora Soy Asistente de Documentos Legales Registrada (LDA)
Con mucha emoción les comparto que ahora estoy registrada como LDA (Legal Document Assistant) en California. Esto me permite ayudar a la comunidad a preparar documentos legales sin el costo alto de un abogado.
Mis servicios como LDA incluyen:
• Testamentos y Fideicomisos
• Poderes Notariales
• Tutelas y Custodia
• Directivas Médicas
• Escrituras, Cambios de Nombre, Reclamos Menores y más
Por qué esto es importante para mí:
He tenido muchas familias que me han buscado con miedo a ser deportadas, queriendo dejar en orden un Poder Notarial o una Tutela para proteger a sus hijos ciudadanos. Eso me motivó profundamente a prepararme como LDA.
En cuanto a los Testamentos y Fideicomisos, es algo muy personal. Aún no puedo compartir toda la historia, pero he visto lo importante que es tener todo en regla, no solo para proteger lo que más importa, sino también para educar a quienes no dominan el inglés, para que entiendan claramente lo que están firmando y no confíen ciegamente solo porque se trata de un familiar.
No doy asesoría legal, pero trabajo de la mano con abogados de confianza y puedo referirlos si se necesita.
