So we have a heat source (the sun and a dryer vent), two gas sources, and electric all just hanging out. Not visible is a kitchen range exhaust vent up above to get some hot grease down on all of this as well. There’s another propane tank in a similar situation attached at a shed at the rear of this property that is being used as an ADU which is not habitable. This is a crime, utter negligence and inherently unsafe. This is why you need to pull permits to do work on your home. There are children living on this property. And the owner does not care one bit.
