So, 2020 is a wrap. This year was a challenge, but I feel that it brought us alot of innovation, many lessons and lots of positives. I am blessed to have had my business thrive and grow in 2020. I am blessed to have spent so much time with my kids and family. So in saying goodbye to 2020, I want to give a rare thank you 👍 for all that you brought us and taught us.

🔥Believe it or not, the real estate market is hot! Rates took a little dip and people are chomping at the bit to get out there and find their next home. Once this all ends, and we can all get out again, it will be better than ever. I am seeing signs of that daily. Keep those who are struggling during this time in mind, and continued kudos for a job well done 👍💪

This is a weird time. But here's how I feel. From where I sit (still in my office, at my desk), I see people adapting and caring and figuring it out, and this makes me feel good and it makes me feel that we can do this. I feel worry for all who are sick, and for our doctors and nurses who are forced to be on the front lines. I feel thankful, and I feel truly blessed. Blessed to be working, blessed to have work, blessed for the family time, blessed for connecting with my friends and family close and far. Most of all, I feel very hopeful. And I just wanted to share that. Keep the faith, world. ❤😷🌏

Some weeks as a real estate attorney are hard, and some are harder. This week was one of those. However, this week also reminded me of how important working with true professionals is, and I am very grateful and proud of what we accomplished. Whether it was to problem solve, to strategize, to vent (and maybe cry a little :), or even just to be patient and understanding, we all banded together and got stuff done. The great pros are the ones who realize that we really are all in this together. And that makes all the difference to our deals, and especially to our clients. There are alot of you to list this week, so Ill just say, you know who you are, and thank you 🙂🏡
