52nd Wedding Anniversary Chronicles continues in Spring Lake NC.
We had dinner in Lafayette, North Carolina at Luigi’s Restaurant! This was an Anniversary treat to us from the Johnsons! We had an amazing day! We went to visit Carolina Veterans Museum. We tried to capture as many memories as possible!

Surprise walk lands a new friend!

Day 11
Good Morning from our Anniversary Adventure!
We started our day with a refreshing 2-mile walk and were blessed to meet a wonderful lady named CJ from Long Island, New York. She was so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to that before we knew it, we were standing there "chopping it up" like old friends!
One of the things I love most about traveling is the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. You never know who God will place in your path or what interesting stories you'll share. This morning's conversation was a beautiful reminder that kindness still exists everywhere and that a simple hello can turn into a memorable encounter.
The walk was great exercise, but meeting CJ was definitely the highlight! Wishing everyone a blessed day filled with good health, great conversations, and unexpected connections along the way.
