This one was almost a grim situation, but thanks to Salerno Sells hard work, she got it to the closing table. Within 4 days it was pending and in 73 days, this lovely home was finally CLOSED!

We as agents don't get to choose who we work with a lot of times and so we need to adapt to different personalities and unexpected twists.
