1400 Aqua Vista Lane officially sold for $1,499,000, its full asking price, after securing a contract in just 9 days!

This was a special project for GoPREPP, and we're proud to have played a part in preparing this beautiful James River property for its next chapter.

Working alongside Johnathan H. Miller of Jsquared Interior Staging and Design, our team coordinated and executed the repairs, updates, and finishing work needed to bring the vision for this home together.
