I have built my reputation by representing good people in bad situations: those who have been injured and mistreated. I passionately share the truth about my client's injuries before jurors and the courts. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Rehabilitation in 1986 and worked as a Rehabilitation Counselor until I returned to Law school in 1995. I attended Quinnipiac School of Law in Connecticut

and graduated in 1998 and passed the Nevada Bar the same year. I incorporate my experience and knowledge of rehabilitation with my legal knowledge to help my clients right the wrong they have endured. My success includes winning a difficult case before the Nevada Supreme Court. That decision allowed my client to get the medical care he needed.

After helping a client re-open his worker's compensation claim, I am proud to say, he got the surgery he needed and a new award to compensate him for the worsening of his condition. He was very happy with the outcome. It was my pleasure to help this gentleman.

Good morning and Happy International Women's Day!

For those interested, this day's celebration (Google's doodle today is terrific!) is believed to have arisen out of a garment workers' New York City march in 1857 protesting inhumane working conditions and low wages. The deplorable working conditions gained more public attention as a result of the tragic March 11, 1911 Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire, nearly all immigrant women (the youngest victim was an 11 year old girl, working alongside her mom). The investigation which ensued changed many laws and included Francis Perkins (another strong Bostonian and probably a Red Sox fan), who later became the first woman cabinet member (Labor Secretary under FDR.)

Today's holiday celebrates the contribution of women all over the world, and all who labor with them (such are so many of our members) to ensure that injustices are redressed and that all people, including women and girls, have full, equal and fair access to all of life's opportunities .
