We sold a house down the street from this couple in July- in 7 days. Some of the others that were listed in the neighborhood in July are STILL on the market. When they drove by and saw the “Under Contract” rider on my sign, they said, "Let’s call her!”.
We needed a bit of strategy to make their sale happen in 27 days in the 4th quarter, which typically moves at a slower pace. This couple had a place already lined up so we emptied the house, made it sparkle, staged it beautifully, and marketed the heck out of it.
When I take on a house, I am as invested in the process as if it was one of my own. There is a feel to it when you are paying attention to the tiniest details, and you just know when it is time to tweak the strategy. I honestly love this part, maybe that is why it works.
