It has truly been an honor to run for District Attorney of Wood County. While this was not the outcome we hoped for, I am deeply grateful for the overwhelming support, encouragement, and prayers we received throughout this campaign.

To every person who put up signs, delivered literature, made phone calls, hosted events, shared posts, or simply offered a kind word — thank you. Campaigns are never about one individual. They are about people who believe in something better and are willing to step forward. Your time, energy, and faith in this mission meant more than I can adequately express.

To the 3,995 (44%) people who cast their vote for me, I am profoundly thankful. This race made one thing clear: many in our community believe there is room to strengthen and improve our justice system. That conversation matters. The desire for accountability, transparency, and strong, fair prosecution is real — and it will not disappear.

To those who chose a different path, I respect your decision. At the end of the day, we all want safe neighborhoods, protection for victims, and a justice system that treats every citizen with fairness and integrity.

Wood County deserves a justice system that works for everyone. I remain committed to those principles and to serving this community in every way I can. Leadership is not defined by one election — it is defined by continued service, integrity, and perseverance.

“My campaign has always been about the concerns shared with me by the voters of Wood County. I’ve heard from many victims and their family members who feel that justice has not been on their side. Too often, offenders receive lenient treatment—or no meaningful punishment at all—leaving families questioning what happened and why.

That must change, especially when it impacts the lives of our children and the safety of our community.

As your District Attorney, I will ensure that offenders are held accountable for their actions. The process will not be lenient—it will be fair, firm, and focused on delivering real justice.
