25 years ago today, our nation experienced a loss that changed us forever.

We remember the nearly 3,000 lives taken on September 11, 2001. We remember the families who said goodbye that morning without knowing it would be the last time. We remember the first responders who ran toward danger when every instinct said to run away, and all those who answered the call to help in the days, months, and years that followed.

For those of us who remember that day, some memories never fade—the images, the uncertainty, the heartbreak, and also the extraordinary courage and humanity we witnessed in one another.

A quarter of a century has passed, but the lives lost are no less worthy of remembrance.

Today, The Jinks Law Firm pauses to honor every life taken, every family forever changed, and every hero whose courage and sacrifice showed us the very best of the human spirit.

When people first call my office, many assume divorce means hiring two lawyers and preparing for a courtroom battle.

It doesn’t always.
