John's practice also includes representation of clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. These types of cases also require competent, compassionate and caring representation. John represents various parties in these types of cases including private fiduciaries, interested family members and individuals in need of protection. Closely related to John's guardianship and conservatorship practice is his representation of clients in probate matters. John represents parties in contested probate matters and also prepares Wills, Powers of Attorney and other related documentation, as well as Trusts and other wealth preservation documents.
