We are experienced in real property law, business law, and family law. Hensley Wells Law started in the summer of 2020, in the middle of a national pandemic and with an uncertain economic market for the future. We believed however that the business model we had carefully laid out over the previous 12 months still had merit. So we launched our firm, very slowly at first only taking on a few clients

and practicing an almost entirely remote form of law. Over the past year, we have gained clientele and experience in so many things and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to grow into what we are today. We have opened our small office and are excited for new clients, new experiences and new opportunities to grow. As always, we are committed to providing our clients with quality legal representation and advise on a variety of issues. We practice in everything from Property Law to Family law and everything in between. So if you have questions about land, are growing a small business, need to draft a will or a trust, or if you are in the unfortunate position of needing a divorce, we would love to talk to you and help guide you through the legal process. We are licensed in Idaho and Washington and happy to solve your problems in either state!
