The Maine Supreme Judicial Court handed the case back to lower courts after deciding sock-clad footprint evidence was faulty.

Still waiting on this decision. So much of the press devoted to this case has been slanted by the religious media. But here’s an objective one.

A father says his daughter suffered a panic attack after attending services at Calvary Chapel Greater Portland and was given sole authority over her religious upbringing. Her mother appealed the ruling.
