Getting your home ready to sell? Maintenance matters more than you might think, and a great place to start is your walls.

Walk through your home and check them. If they’re in great shape, wonderful. If they’re not, one of the easiest first steps is a 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿. You can find them at the grocery store. Wet one and test it on walls, appliances, countertops, and more to see how much you can freshen up.

When you're getting your home ready to sell, minimize the pet items on display. Tuck away extra beds, toys, bowls, and gear before showings. And make sure there are no lingering pet odors, because some buyers may not be as pet-friendly as you are.
