Active Utah multi-unit listings just hit 369, the highest count on a decade-long chart.
Asking prices per square foot are down about 1% year over year despite the supply surge, and they're still 4.8% below where the market peaked in Q2 2022.
Inventory has doubled off the 2024 floor of 182 listings in less than two years. The data points one direction: buyers have leverage.
