We’ve never bought a house before where we had professional photos done first… This was going to be one of my listings… But the seller really needed to sell strictly as is with all the furniture in it… So that made me think I should buy it off them. We worked out a great price that everybody was happy with. And I am just excited to share the project with everybody. I’m so excited for this one’s transformation.

7 YEARS 🏚️➡️🏡

Our LLC turns 7 years old today! In 7 years we have accomplished a lot! We both were able to leave our corporate jobs. We have flipped 25+ houses, and one was a beach house! 🏝️ We have added 2 kiddos into the mix! We have moved into one of our flips (crazy to think we have been in our house 4 years now). We’ve loved every second of being real estate investors and can’t wait to teach Madison and Chase the ways of our business! 🩵

We are so excited about our next project that we just closed on in Plum! The sellers were so incredibly kind to us. I’ve known them for the last 25 years… yes you read that right, 25 years! This home is a childhood friend of mine’s Grandma house. We are so grateful that they chose us to sell this home to! We can’t wait to invite them back and see the transformation! 🏚️➡️🏡

2024 Recap! 🏚️➡️🏡

This year was extremely hard for our flipping business. We were slow and held a house for over a year! 🥴 that’s never happened to us before.

We started the year with buying a house in Monroeville and then we listed our house in Churchill. We quickly flipped the Monroeville one and sold it by April. Unfortunately our big house in Churchill sat on the market from January 2024 until it sold the end of August. Make a mental note, we bought that house the very beginning of August 2023!!! We have never held a house that long and that house killed us! We also got hit at the end with a $20k hit for a new sewer line and ac unit. Let’s just say when that one sold we were so happy to not own anything for a short time period. We needed to regroup. End of September we bought a cute fixer upper in Penn Hills then a few weeks later bought another fixer upper in Penn Hills. These two houses should be hitting the market mid-end of January. Just in time for my due date the beginning of February 😅

So here’s to hoping for a much better 2025! 🔑

TIMEHOP hitting us with these throwbacks! 😂😂😂 I can’t believe these were 5 years ago. It is crazy to think our company is 6.5 years old! Where has the time gone?! In that time span we have flipped 23 houses and are working on number 24 & 25! It’s so fun reflecting all we have done in real estate! 🏡🥰
