Reed Smith advised Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II on the successful closing of its business combination with Pasqal, a global leader in neutral-atom quantum computing.

The combined company, Pasqal Holding SA, is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under PSQL and PSQLW on August 28, 2026. With approximately $360 million of cash available at closing, the transaction provides Pasqal with a strong foundation to accelerate deployment, innovation and commercial adoption of its quantum computing technology worldwide.

Co-founded by Nobel Prize-winning physicist Alain Aspect, Pasqal has seven QPUs deployed and three more in production, supporting more than 25 commercial and research applications.
