Home Free Furnished Rentals / Maraszil Hospitality manages a small portfolio of beautifully furnished short-term and mid-term rental homes in Pittsburgh. We're looking for one reliable, detail-obsessed person to join our team — not a cleaning company, an actual team member.

This isn't just a cleaning job. You're the person who makes sure every home is spotless, fully stocked, and guest-ready, and who tells us when something is broken, missing, or off before a guest ever notices.

What you'll do:
- Turnover cleans and laundry at our furnished rentals (mostly 1–4 bedroom homes and apartments)
- Restock supplies and linens; keep inventory current
- Photo walkthroughs before and after every clean on a company tablet (we'll train you)
- Report damage, maintenance issues, and guest items left behind
- Light maintenance: tighten a towel rack or doorknob, swap lock and smoke-detector batteries, WD-40 a squeaky door
- Quality-control inspections and quarterly deep cleans as you grow into the role

What we're looking for:
- Extremely reliable and on time — this is the whole job
- Notices the details other people miss
- Comfortable working independently and communicating by text/app
- Car, valid driver's license, and able to travel between our Northside, Millvale, and Verona properties
- Available weekdays 10am–4pm, some Saturdays/Sundays, and the occasional same-day turnover
- Comfortable on a step ladder
- Cleaning, hotel, or short-term rental experience preferred
- Must pass a background check

What we offer:
- $20/hour starting pay on a regular payroll schedule (W-2)
- Mileage reimbursement between properties
