My home away from home is Tioga County. I have begun taking cases there and last week was the first time in their courthouse. What a nice experience in the beautiful town of Wellsboro, PA. To all my fellow lawyers... There's even a parking lot right next to the building!!!

Honored to be invited to talk to young entrepreneurs at my alma mater Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. These students are impressive! We discussed business organization forms, liability, and tax considerations. I use the same materials at Temple University and Drexel University. Teaching has given me new perspectives as students often give viewpoints I may not consider which helps my practice.

It's nice when clients show their gratitude. This one was particularly meaningful. I have been working on this estate for quite some time and the fact that the deceased taught her daughter to do something this nice was just great to see continue as we wrap up her Estate.

I think quite possibly the biggest misconception about lawyers is that they are either bad at or do not have to do math. This is just the beginning of a very complicated estate I am working on with tons of accounts and issues. In a month or two I'll have the entire room filled!

Attended the grand opening of my friend and client Steve Davis' new business, D&N Automotive Group, in Collegeville/Skippack. He services all vehicles and is also equipped for custom, classic, and antique vehicles. I trust him with my street rod and classic cars. Welcome 2025 after a great 2024! Thank you to the clients and attorneys who have made 2024 a successful year. This year, 79 new clients trusted me with their cases. That number on top of existing clients has made 2024 a very busy year. The work has ranged from personal injury, wills, estate administration, corporate formations, and real estate. I take each case seriously and appreciate the great reviews and feedback clients have given. I need to thank the attorneys who have referred clients to me and the attorneys who I have teamed up with on certain cases. You know who you are and know there will be more! I'd also like to thank the terrific network of the Montgomery County Bar Association which makes it feel like I am working in a large law firm with a strong support network. Happy New Year!

Last night I had the honor of meeting Temple University's new President, John Fry. The event at the Comcast Technology Center to welcome him was terrific and informative. I can't wait to see what he brings to Temple after 14 years of growing Drexel University.

Most people know I am a proud Temple grad but some know that for the past two years I teach night classes at both Temple (undergrad at Fox School of Business) and Drexel (graduate LeBow MBA) schools. This is an exciting time for two terrific Philadelphia institutions.

Honored to have been interviewed for this Temple University News article regarding Landlord/Tenant issues around campus.

Many students living near Temple’s Main Campus have dealt with unsuitable living conditions, unhelpful landlords and Department of Licenses and Inspections violations.
