This one took a little longer than we would have liked — but sometimes the right sale takes patience.

Being on the edge of town, this home had some extra competition, especially from new construction offering incentives that are tough for resale homes to compete with.

But our sellers stuck with the strategy, trusted the process, and stayed patient. Instead of chasing the market or making knee-jerk decisions, we stayed focused on positioning the home correctly and finding the right buyer.

And it paid off. 🙌

Once we got the right buyer, everything came together beautifully. We had a smooth transaction, a successful closing, and very happy sellers!

The lesson? Sometimes selling a home isn't about getting it sold the fastest — it's about having the right strategy, staying the course, and knowing when the right opportunity comes along.

Some reviews just hit a little differently. ❤️

Our families first crossed paths 15 years ago when our kids were in kindergarten together at West Wing Elementary. So when David trusted us to help sell the home he raised his kids in for more than two decades, it meant a lot to us personally.

There are a lot of memories wrapped up in 20+ years in one home, and we knew this wasn't just about getting a house sold.
From the beginning, Chris was straightforward about the market, the different pricing strategies available to them, and the tradeoffs that came with each. They made the decisions that felt right for them, and less than a month later, we had a full-price offer.

Our newest Vistancia listing backs to open desert, where mountain views stretch across the horizon and one absolutely beautiful saguaro stands just beyond the fence. It’s the kind of setting that makes morning coffee under the covered patio and Arizona sunsets at the end of the day feel a little different.

Some homes are harder to leave than others. ❤️

When I first sat down with these sellers in the living room of their beautiful family home, I knew this was going to be more than just another listing. Our boys — same age, same grade — had grown up together through high school and swim team years, and now both of their sons have gone on to serve in the military, which we are so thankful for their service! 🇺🇸

Like so many parents entering a new season of life, they had already moved into a new build better suited for their next chapter. But letting go of the home where your children grew up can carry a surprising emotional weight. Even after moving, the home sat vacant for nearly a year because preparing it for sale simply felt overwhelming.

What they needed wasn’t pressure or judgment. They needed a plan and someone to help make the process feel manageable again.

Together, we tackled it step by step — coordinating contractors, scheduling updates, refreshing the home with paint, flooring, backsplash, cleaning, pool service, and thoughtful finishing touches that helped bring the home back to life. Once complete, we staged it beautifully and went under contract with a VA buyer in just two weeks — which honestly felt like a pretty special full-circle moment for this military family.
