Behind every case is a team of coworkers working hard, supporting each other, and staying focused on what matters most, our clients. At Fasig Brooks Law Offices, collaboration is at the center of everything we do, from investigating claims and building strong cases to communicating with clients and fighting for fair results.

We know that after a car accident, truck accident, slip and fall, or other serious injury, people are often overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. That is why our team works together every step of the way to help clients understand their rights, navigate the legal process, and pursue the compensation they may be entitled to.

Grateful for the people behind the scenes who make a difference every day.

Florida has been ranked the most termite-infested state in the country, and new research shows the problem is spreading as invasive species move across the state and become harder to control.

https://www.thecooldown.com/outdoors/termite-infested-state-florida-researchers-warn/

With Florida’s climate creating the perfect environment for termite colonies, homeowners can face serious structural damage before they even know there’s a problem. And when pest control companies, inspectors, or others fail to properly inspect, treat, or disclose issues, homeowners are often left with the costly repairs.

That’s where we step in. If you’ve been dealing with termite damage and feel like someone dropped the ball, don’t assume you’re stuck with the bill.
Our team is here to help you understand your rights and what options you may have.

Let’s talk, your home deserves to be protected!

Florida has been ranked the most termite-infested state in the country, and researchers say the problem may not stay contained for long.

National Safe Boating Week is a reminder that safety on the water is not optional. It is essential.

As one of the busiest boating weekends of the year approaches, preparation and awareness can help prevent serious injuries and accidents.

The National Safe Boating Council recommends the following safety practices:
• Always wear a life jacket
• Use your engine cut-off switch (ECOS)
• File a float plan before heading out
• Never operate a boat under the influence
• Prepare for changing conditions and emergencies
• Take a certified boating safety course
• Stay alert and aware of your surroundings at all times

Boating accidents can happen quickly and often result in severe injuries. Taking these precautions can protect you, your passengers, and others on the water.

Last night, we had the privilege of honoring this year’s Band Member of the Month recipients and their families at our annual Band Member of the Year Dinner. Throughout the school year, these students have exemplified dedication, leadership, musicianship, and a strong commitment to their band programs and school communities.

We proudly recognize this year’s honorees, including Tyler Post, Carley Hoskins, Ayla Blochle, and Ryan Reid, along with the many outstanding students celebrated throughout the year for their achievements and contributions.

We are especially proud to congratulate Ryan Reid from Escambia High School, who was named the 2026 Band Member of the Year and awarded a $1,000 in recognition of this exceptional accomplishment.

Thank you to the students, families, and band directors who continue to make this program possible. We are honored to celebrate the impact of music education in our community and look forward to continuing the Band Member of the Month program during the upcoming school year.🎶✨

Pensacola could not be prouder of you, Keyla💙✨
While the American Idol journey may have come to an end, this is only the beginning of something even greater. Week after week, you inspired so many people with your incredible talent, your kindness, your authenticity, and the love you have for music.
You represented Pensacola with so much grace, heart, and passion. From your students to your supporters across the country, you made people believe in chasing their dreams. And through it all, the love between you and Drew reminded us what truly matters most.

A title does not define a star, and Keyla Richardson is undeniably a star. We know this moment is not the end of your story. You are going to bounce back, continue to grow, and . Your light will shine for years to come, and Pensacola will always be cheering you on. 🌟🎶

After placing third on 'American Idol,' Keyla Richardson returned to Pensacola Tuesday to a warm welcome from fans, saying she "enjoyed the journey." See link below ⬇️

When it comes to wrongful death cases in Florida, timing matters more than most people realize.

In most cases, families have just two years from the date of death to file a claim, but there are important exceptions that can change everything, including medical malpractice, government cases, product defects, and even intentional acts.

And here’s the part most people don’t realize: missing these deadlines can permanently take away the right to bring a case.
These laws are strict, complex, and full of exceptions that can be easy to miss without guidance.

If you want to understand how these timelines really work, and what could apply to your situation, we break it all down in our blog.
