I have been practicing law since 1999. I opened my own law office on January 1, 2008. Prior to that, I worked with the following law firms: 1999-2002 Anderson, McPharlin & Conners LLP (defending individuals and small businesses in many different areas of law, including personal injury, employment litigation, and legal malpractice) 2002-2006 Kabateck Brown Kellner, LLP (prosecuting legal malpractice, insurance bad faith and consumer class action litigation on behalf of consumers) 2006-2007 Yee & Belilove, LLP (defending individuals and small businesses in litigation involving claims of legal malpractice, employment litigation and personal injury) Since January 1, 2008, I have focused my practice of law representing Employees who have been wrongfully terminated from their employment or who have not been paid in accordance with California law, representing Clients whose cases have been harmed by their attorney's legal malpractice or breach of fiduciary duties, and representing Individuals who have suffered severe personal injuries as a result of the negligent or intentional conduct of others.
