We had a fun closing this afternoon! I managed to make Victoriea Spiroff of Impact Realty laugh at just the wrong moment, which definitely added some extra entertainment to the day.

It was a pleasure working with Ann Watson of Coldwell Banker Select Properties as well. Congratulations to Buyer Eli Crews and Seller Travis Workman both were wonderful to work with throughout the process.

What a special closing!✨

We had the pleasure of closing on the purchase of a new home for one of our very own here at Palmer and Associates - Kayla Shae Rippeto Tebay and her husband Hayden Tebay. There is nothing better than getting to celebrate milestones like this with our own team members, and we couldn't be happier for them!

A huge thank you to Lori Blair Taylor with EXp Realty, WV Associate Broker for representing Kayla and Hayden as their buyers agent. We'd also like to thank the sellers, Glenn Rawsky and Rebecca Smith, along with their listing agent Amand Cooper, Real Estate Salesperson-REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Select Properties, for a smooth transaction.

Last Tuesday I was very honored by the local realtors when they graciously gave me their Affiliate of The Year Award. When I stood before them to accept the award I was so overwhelmed with joy, that I forgot to thank them and express just how much I love my work and the love I have working with them. For that this is the purpose of my post. THANK YOU ALL! You genuinely have touched my heart in so many ways. I appreciate each and everyone of you and enjoy doing closings with you all.
