Our next Florida Law Update speaker is Ralph "R.T." White, who will be presenting the latest updates in Family Law. Ralph is the owner of the Law Office of R.T. White in Palm Beach Gardens. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and The Florida Bar. He is Florida Bar board-certified in Marital and Family Law and is a Fellow of the AAML. Ralph frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars and is a past chair of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee (15G).

New tax law affects alimony, could spur divorce surge

Some experts are predicting a surge in divorces this year as spouses paying alimony seek to take advantage of the deduction before it is eliminated.
