Legal Plan Coverage UPDATE:

After much consideration, and after six years of accepting legal plan coverage, our Firm has made the decision to part ways with these programs. We will finish our current cases with the same attention and care, but no new client coverage is being accepted.

We are beyond grateful for the clients we’ve served through these plans, from local companies to pilots and airline attendants, and we remain committed to delivering personalized, high-quality estate planning, real estate and business services. We appreciate each and every one of you!

Boston 2010. A cat named Sal Esposito was called for jury duty when his owner listed him on a city census, causing him to be wrongly added to the juror pool. Despite efforts by his owner to disqualify him, stating he can't speak English, the court initially required him to appear 👨‍⚖️ 😺

History-making Judges: Judge Shackelford was the longest serving woman judge in the First Judicial Circuit. Judge Nobles is the only woman to serve as chief judge for the First Judicial Circuit.

Circuit Judges Linda Nobles and Jan Shackelford are retiring from the bench after 25 years presiding over thousands of cases.
