Bella Collina is getting BIGGER! 🏡🌴👀
Plans have been filed for 102 new single-family homesites just north of the luxury Bella Collina community in Montverde.
The proposed Montverde Estates would cover about 67.6 acres along County Road 455, with a new connector road planned between the communities.
And there’s even a proposed 100-room boutique hotel coming nearby. 🏨✨

Plans include a major new parking structure and upgrades to the existing office campus, supporting a growing regional workforce. 🚗🏢
