Because sometimes dance isn't just another thing on the schedule. It's your chance to step away from the to-do list, breathe, move, laugh, and just be you for a little while. 💜

Today’s reminder… 👀

Be cringe. They’re gonna judge you anyway. 😂

Sometimes you just have to stop worrying about how you look and just go for it.

Not every move has to be perfect.

Not everyone is going to get it.

And honestly? That’s okay.
You’re allowed to have fun.

You’re allowed to try something new. You’re allowed to dance like nobody’s watching… even when people definitely are. 😂💃

The more you stop worrying about being judged, the more you get to actually enjoy the moment.

So… do the thing anyway. 💜

THE DAY WE LET LOOSE 💜

A week later and I’m STILL thinking about this class. 💜🔥

After an incredible few days at TUCON, we were all exhausted… but apparently we weren’t quite ready to stop dancing yet. 😂💃🏼

So we took it to the dance floor one more time!
And this class was SO special.

First, a huge shoutout to Kim for literally saving the day with the lights and bringing her energy to make the whole room come alive. ❤️‍🔥

And to all of the Turn Up instructors who poured into making this after party happen 💥 especially after an entire weekend of classes, training, dancing, and basically giving every ounce of energy we had. You guys showed up and made it happen, and I’m so grateful.

A special shoutout to my Virginia Beach instructors for giving me the confidence to finally share some new choreography I had been sitting on. Sometimes you just need the right people around you to say, “Girl, DO IT.” 😂💃🏼

And my girl Brigitte 😘 my roommate, my friend, and one of the people who can ALWAYS bring the fun. So grateful I got to experience this weekend with you. 💖
But honestly, one of my favorite parts of TUCON was the people.

The new friendships. The conversations. The real connections. The people I got to dance with for the first time and the people who felt like old friends by the end of the weekend.

And to everyone who came to the after party ready to be seen, be silly, sweat, laugh, and just HAVE FUN with us… thank you. 🫶

Because that’s what I love about Turn Up.

You don’t have to be the best dancer in the room. You don’t have to know every move. You just have to be willing to show up and let yourself have a good time.
And looking back at these pictures, I really believe the people in that room were meant to be there. ✨♾️🫶

TUCON may be over, but I’m taking this energy home with me.

More dancing. More laughing. More community. More letting ourselves be seen.

Still not over the TUCON energy. 🔥💜

This clip is from Kim's pre-conference kickoff party class (the night before TUCON officially started) & the energy was already unmatched!

There’s something about stepping on that stage, turning up the music, and letting the movement take over. Murda Business was definitely one of those moments. 💃🔥

Grateful for the experience, the energy, and everyone who made this weekend unforgettable. 🫶✨

What a week. 💜✨

TUCON has been such a fun reminder of why I love what I do. Being around so many people who love music, movement, and bringing good energy into a room is something I never take for granted. 🥹💃

So many laughs, new connections, new things to learn, and moments that reminded me to keep showing up, keep growing, and most importantly… keep having FUN with it! ⚡️

And since we’re not quite ready to turn the music off yet… 👀
