That is where Bethany Gibson brings a unique perspective.

As Director of Legal Services & Client Relations, Bethany serves as the bridge between the legal profession and investigative services. With more than 18 years of litigation and legal operations experience, she understands what happens after an assignment is completed: how the information will be evaluated, incorporated into case strategy, used during discovery, and ultimately presented at trial.

Before joining Bona Fide Investigations, Bethany served as a Senior Litigation Paralegal, Trial Team Lead, and Legal Operations Manager for prominent Florida law firms. She supported complex civil litigation matters from inception through trial in both state and federal courts, developing extensive experience in litigation management, trial preparation, witness coordination, discovery, exhibit management, courtroom support, and legal operations.

But Bethany’s work has never been limited to managing cases.

She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and ensuring every client feels supported throughout every assignment. Her leadership extends throughout the Central Florida legal community, where she has served as President of the Orange County Bar Association Paralegal Section, as a member of the OCBA Executive Council, and as a moderator and host for the OCBA Bench Bar Conference.

📱 Social Media Still Wins Cases

Every day, people share pieces of their lives online without realizing those posts may become evidence.

Recently, a plaintiff seeking nearly $1 million in damages testified that his injuries prevented him from riding bicycles and participating in many physical activities.

Then came the Instagram posts.

Photos showed the plaintiff biking, hiking, kayaking, jet skiing, and traveling after the alleged injuries. Those images directly contradicted his testimony, and the jury returned a complete defense verdict.
