Red Day is a special day at Keller Williams. It honors one of the important people who created Keller Williams and made it the largest Real Estate Company in the world, Oklahoma's own Mo Anderson. It is a day of honoring Mo by giving back to the community. Today we helped out at Positive Tomorrows, a school for 100 grade school-age children whose family is homeless. The organization and its programs are wonderful! We got to play with the kids at recess at what they refer to as "the backyard" since they don't have one. An awesome organization made possible by corporate and private donations. I was certainly proud to be a part of this crew! One of the best life decisions I ever made was to serve a few years ago as a full-time volunteer for almost 2 years at City Rescue Mission where I worked in Men's Recovery and also taught GED classes to men and women. Some of the children living there attend Positive Tomorrows School.

The Golden Rule of Real Estate, "THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR CLEAN"
Certain areas of your home will be examined carefully by prospective buyers. The kitchen is number one. Especially under the kitchen sink. I recommend this area be cleaned out and white shelf lining placed there. A stick-on LED light that is motion activated is good. The bathrooms, especially the Owner's bath second. The best investment you will ever make is to hire professional cleaners to go through your home from top to bottom.
