There is so much more to a real estate transaction than simply listing a home and waiting for it to sell.

This closing was a special one. My clients had previously been misled, which understandably caused them to lose trust in our profession. Being able to help rebuild that trust meant a lot to me.

Their dream was to retire in South Carolina, but first we needed to sell their home in Ocala. Like most transactions, we had a few minor hurdles along the way, but together we worked through them and got it done.
