Congratulations to my buyers and a dear friend of mine - on the sale of their very first home! We snuck in one last closing before the end of the year - and this story one of the best yet! The road it took to get these buyers their keys was almost 3 years in the making. Between school schedules, career development, big life moments and everything in between... focus and perseverance was key. We would check-in, revisit financing options and when the time came - we hit the ground running!

That wasn't without some strategy though, given we had opposing schedules to work around. Despite that, we found them the cutest starter home, within their budget AND managed to get the seller to cover some closing costs AND make some necessary repairs. Just in time for Christmas! 🎄❤

Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their first home, and their new home!
