🍂 If we sold your house, here’s what we would NEVER do.
Here’s something most sellers don’t hear until it’s too late: the first two weeks on the market matter most. That’s when buyers and agents are watching closely, and a listing that’s overpriced, poorly photographed, or hard to show can lose momentum fast.
After that, buyers start wondering, “What’s wrong with it?”
That’s why we’d never price a home on hope, rush the photos, or go quiet after the sign goes up. Selling isn’t just about getting an offer. It’s about being informed at every step, so nothing feels like a surprise.
A lot of sellers have told us the hardest part isn’t the sale itself. It’s not knowing what’s going on. So we want to hear from you:
👇 What’s the ONE thing you’d never want your agent to do? (Or if you’ve sold before, what do you wish someone had told you?)
