I am excited to share that I am transitioning from my solo practice and will be joining the law firm of Midgett Preti Olansen PC effective February 17, 2025.
I founded Moser Law in February 2020 with the core values of client centricity, integrity, quality, and having care and concern for social, environmental, and animal issues. Being an entrepreneur has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding -- but I am looking forward to this change and being a part of the MPO team. This change will allow me to be able to devote even more time to my clients and provide them with an elevated experience.
I am deeply grateful for the support and trust so many have placed in me throughout my solo practice and I look forward to continuing to serve clients at Midgett Preti Olansen.

Since joining the Norfolk SPCA Board of Directors in 2022, Attorney Melissa Moser has participated in fundraising and donor relations, sponsorship and support of events, and organizing and serving with groups of volunteers. Professionally, Melissa focuses her practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration. Her niche is Estate Planning for Pets and she provides pro bono legal services for animal law cases. In her personal life, Melissa loves running, traveling, beach life, and being devoted to her husband and furbaby.

We are so happy to have been afforded the opportunity to assist Astraea Coffee with formation documents. Come out and support this women-owned small business at its Grand Opening this Saturday, 8/14, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Located at 2437 N Landing Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456, in the Municipal District, Astraea Coffee will be offering fresh roasted coffee concoctions and local baked goods. There will also be entertainment, local vendors, and a food truck.
