Just before 8am this morning a car drove into our office building. As a result of the damage the Town has deemed our office unsafe for human occupancy. As such, the office is temporarily closed. Phone calls and emails will continue to be responded to. Thankfully no one in the building was injured.

9:30 Monday morning and we have an amazing kickoff to the week - Ms. Finan obtained an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal for a client charged with Attempted Murder. The case was one involving self defense and Ms. Finan’s knowledge of the law and the system helped her achieve the just result for her client.

Today was a rewarding day … a reminder of why I do what I do … achieved a “no bill” on a client’s felony case resulting in a dismissal. Immediately after receiving that news, I bumped into a client that I haven’t seen in several months who ran to hug me and thank me for what I did for her 💕

Recently found out that an appeal I filed on behalf of a client contesting an indicated CPS finding resulted in the finding being overturned! Its always the best news to get the best possible outcome for clients!
