I litigate and try state and federal discrimination cases, whistleblower cases, wage and hour violations, defamation cases,and general wrongful termination cases. I have seen so many different factual situations, and taken so many cases, yet I remain amazed at the new ways employers can violate an employee'

s rights. Because I can never say "I've seen it all." The facts and the law are continuously changing. I continue to enjoy the exposure to the varieties of human drama at work. In the "battle of stories" that is a trial or arbitration, I present convincing, fact-based stories for my clients that persuade decision makers to award compensation for job loss, emotional injuries, and sometimes recovery of punitive damages and attorney's fees.
